Lainey (with almost angry hand gestures): Is the bible just going to give you light? NO!!! You have to open it and READ IT! You know how else you can get light?
Mom: No, how?
Lainey: By praying! You know how else?
Mom (inspired by the faith of this little one and excited for some more deep 4-year-old insight): No, how?
Lainey: Just get a flashlight. Turn it on and BAM! Light!
I think the true meaning of the song was lost on her somewhere . . .
